Retrieve a single ledger account by its ID. A ledger account holds your funds on CoinGate — there is one per currency and account type — and the response includes its current balance (a string, floored to the currency's precision), status, account type and currency details. The account must belong to the authenticated account; otherwise a 404 is returned.
