Edits an item of specific subscription details.
Before making a PATCH Edit Subscription Details Item request, a POST Create Subscription Details request should be made.
After the subscription details are created, you will get the subscription details ID which will be used in the PATCH Edit Subscription Details Item request.
The specific subscription details item ID can be obtained from GET Subscription Detail.
